Science Fiction Hall of Fame

In 1996, the Kansas City Science Fiction and Fantasy Society founded the Science Fiction Hall of Fame. The co-founder, the Center for the Study of Science Fiction at the University of Kansas, also oversees the Campbell and Sturgeon Memorial awards. Each year, the society honors four new individuals-two living and two dead.

The induction is held each year at the Campbell Conference.
