Thomas Steding

Dr. Thomas Steding is a former CEO of Metacode Technologies (an Internet encryption and security company) and has long been a Silicon Valley Consultant. He consults with such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Novell, and Yahoo. He partnered with Dr. Arky Ciancutti to produce a book on how "random organizations" hamper their productivity titled Built on Trust.
