Pamela Lewis
Pamela Lewis would describe herself as an actor not an author. The latter title she wears only because she wanted to share her voiceover and character looping expertise with other actors and would-be actors.
Lewis began her acting career in regional theater, soaps in New York, and in TV commercials. But the realization that being what she calls a "visible actress" comes with a reduced shelf life, she entered the world of cartoon and character looping and voice overs. As such, she has built an impressive filmography, providing voices for such shows as Working Girl, The Untouchables, Married to the Mob, Primary Colors, The Cider House Rules, Beavis and Butthead, Cold Mountain, Cape Fear, Blair Witch 2, and The Pelican Brief. She's also done numerous commercials, talking books, video game voices, recorded tours, talking toys, and television shows.
